From a farmer's market cart to your favorite coffee spot.
In 2018, Brew & Co. was a tiny espresso cart at the Saturday farmer's market. One machine, a folding table, and a dream of making coffee that actually tasted good.
Word spread fast. By summer, there was a line every Saturday. By fall, we signed a lease on this building — a former hardware store with 14-foot ceilings and the original brick walls we loved too much to cover up.
Today, Brew & Co. serves over 500 cups a day, sources beans from 12 small farms across Central and South America, and employs 8 passionate people who care about coffee as much as we do.
We source the best beans, roast them locally, and never cut corners. Every drink is made to order — no batch brewing, no shortcuts.
Compostable cups, locally sourced ingredients, direct-trade relationships with farmers. We're not perfect, but we're trying every day.
We host open mic nights, local art shows, and community study sessions. This space belongs to everyone, not just coffee drinkers.
Our baristas aren't just employees — they're craftspeople. Each one is trained in latte art, dial-in techniques, and the fine art of making someone's morning a little bit better.
We believe happy baristas make happy customers. That's why every team member gets above-market pay, free coffee (obviously), and one paid volunteer day per month.
