Contact and Inquiry Information
When you submit a quote request, contact form, or client intake form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the details of your project or inquiry.
Account Information
Clients who register for a Studio Labs account provide an email address and password (stored as a cryptographic hash). Your account gives you access to your project status, invoices, and shared files through the client dashboard.
Project and Business Data
In the course of completing your project, we may receive business materials, images, copy, branding assets, and other content you provide. This information is used solely to build and deliver your project.
Payment Information
Invoices are issued directly and payment references may be stored for accounting purposes. We do not store full credit card or bank account details. Any payment processing is handled through third-party payment processors with their own security and privacy standards.
File Uploads
Files you upload through our intake form or client portal (logos, photos, documents) are stored securely and used only for your project.
Usage Data
We collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymized and not linked to individual identities.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your project inquiries and provide quotes
- Build, deliver, and maintain websites, apps, and chatbots for clients
- Manage client accounts and project communications
- Process and track payments and invoices
- Send project updates, completion notifications, and support responses
- Improve our services and website
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver our services:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: Project files and client data may be stored with Supabase or similar platforms under confidentiality agreements.
- Deployment platforms: Finished client websites may be deployed to platforms like Vercel or Hostinger.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
4. Data Retention
We retain client project files and account data for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 2 years afterward, in case you need to reference past work or request updates. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including HTTPS for all connections, hashed password storage, and access controls on client data. No system is completely immune to security risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in to the client portal.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
